Not every restaurant needs the same thing. Some want one Malbec that works by the glass; others want a full Argentine section, with whites, rosé and sparkling. We build the selection around your kitchen, your guests and the prices you actually work with.
We buy direct from the winery, so the price you see is the real price, without layers of intermediation. And if the wine works, we stay close: restocking, training for your floor team, and adjustments to the list whenever they are needed.
